Obtaining a detailed and comprehensive job order
Information over and above a standard job specification will be taken, including culture, personality and detail from the hiring authority to enable us to promote your opportunity.

Targeting of companies / candidate identification
Using our in-house research team and network of referrals, a comprehensive list of suitable target organizations is compiled. Candidates from your competitors and compatible type organizations are professionally approached and screened in detail. Information is gathered across areas including skill sets, personality fit and career achievements. In addition, consultants will identify the potential candidate’s motivation and frustrations to determine their level of interest in pursuing a career move.

The candidate
During the initial stages of the search a benchmark candidate is presented, providing an opportunity for the client to evaluate our progress. Following feedback from the Client, the search is extended to identify additional candidates. All candidates may then be interviewed prior to presentation of the final shortlist.

Interviews and the offer
Thorough de-briefing and consultation is provided throughout our recruitment process. Pre-emptive counter offer counselling is provided to potential candidates upon them accepting a second interview. This ensures a successful conversion ratio from offer to acceptance.
Our Service Level Commitment
Reports
A report can be forwarded to the Client detailing all companies approached, salary levels for specific positions and general reviews and recommendations if appropriate. This provides an extremely useful tool to enable HR to bench mark regional pay rates and gain an accurate insight into market rate salaries.
Performance Review
At agreed intervals, a comprehensive review based on a thorough assessment of progress will take place between the consultant and the Client. This is designed to provide on-going transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Quality Assurance
Assignments are regularly appraised through our rigorous internal assessment programme. Our head of operations may also participate in direct communication with the Client, thereby enabling the Client to have an additional line of communication at a corporate level.
